gratitude YOGA is grateful to offer a Candlelight Yoga class every Sunday 5-6pm.
This class will guide you deeply inward as you completely surrender into relaxation. Class begins with a slow flow to warm your body, open your joints and deepen your breath. Restorative yoga postures are then integrated and held for 3 to 5 minutes while being supported by props.
Candlelight Yoga is a 60-minute Vinyasa Flow incorporating restorative poses, great class to wind down your weekend and begin your week. Flameless candles surround the studio perimeter.
